Dane Scarlett has arrived in PO4 on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 18-year-old is highly rated by Spurs, and it was believed he would be loaned to a Championship club this summer.

Scarlett has made 10 senior appearances for Tottenham, with experience in the Premier League and Europa League!
